Overall fully equipped and nicely decorated hotel, good meals.
Incredible location, very friendly staff, panoramic views of Tokyo skyline. High quality, decent sized room with a separate bathroom and a shower and a tub. Large beds, delicious selection for breakfast. Location just next door to the train station of Shinagawa which connects to all major subway lines in Tokyo, the center and public transport. Also, by a pedestrian bridge.

Location not far from shinagawa station and shopping malls, and Shibuya. For shots visit Imozoshinagawateien, nestled within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel.

The reception area lacked ample space !!! More hooks in the bathroom would enhance convenience!!! Consider extending the operating hours of the Chinese restaurant!!!

Staff members are identical since 6-7 years, no change...
The noise of Shinagawa station, IF your room is on that side... For the rest very functional, acceptable hotel!

Good location, nice and helpful staff. Good quality hotel
Room over looked the railway tracks of Shinawaga station and therefore was noisy. I changed room as a result. When you check in ask for a room away from the railway tracks.

Convenient stay near Shinagawa
I had a lovely 4-night stay! The location was super close to Shinagawa Station. The room was spacious and comfy, and I enjoyed the breakfast-definitely a solid start to the day! One thing to note, though, was that the bathroom could've used more hooks for towels.

The room design and Internet speed were pleasing for a weary traveler.
The breakfast buffet was very good, but could have added additional items to the western side.

missingWrote a review on 15 Septconcierge absenceexpensive dining
Room service pricing bites hard. Be ready to fork over some credits for food and drinks. The lack of concierge presence often leaves questions unanswered, especially when seeking recommendations for local tours. A few more in-room amenities could elevate the experience, something common in many local hotels that I hope to see enhanced here.
